Some countries have a distinct fashion identity. Scandinavian style, for instance, is known for quality, sustainability, minimalism and a desire to experiment. But what about Lithuania?
The more Lithuanian fashion brands and designers I discover, the more surprising it feels that the local fashion scene remains relatively under the radar. There is plenty to look at: exceptional craftsmanship, a rebellious streak, historical references, and a natural crossover between fashion and art.
From emerging designers to established names, here are 35 Lithuanian clothing and accessory brands worth knowing. Meet new names, revisit old favourites, and tell us which labels belong on the list.
